ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines: Breast Cancer

Latest enhanced and revised set of guidelines

The ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines on Early Breast Cancer and Advanced Breast Cancer cover breast cancer and include information on staging and diagnosis, diagnosis, staging, risk assessment, treatment, disease monitoring and follow-up, palliative care and the patient perspective. There are also specific guidelines focusing on breast/ovarian hereditary cancer syndromes including cancer prevention and screening among individuals known to harbour a pathogenic BRCA1/2 mutation.

The ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) are intended to provide the user with a set of recommendations for the best standards of cancer care, based on the findings of evidence-based medicine.
